Swimming & Para-Swimming

Pointe Claire Swimming Club & Para-Swimming

The Pointe-Claire swimming team is a team at the forefront. We are constantly on the lookout for best practices in the swimming world. Experienced and passionate coaches ensure that the full potential of each of our athletes is maximized. We are ready to travel around the world to offer many challenges and achieve world-class goals. In short, the POINTE-CLAIRE experience is unique in the world… You are not part of a team; you are part of a family.

The current swim team was created in 1967 by George Gate. Very quickly, the elite development philosophy and the exceptional recruiting system boosted the performance of the athletes. Since its founding, the team has contributed to the success of 16 Olympic athletes and has won 5 Olympic medals. The swimming team also has more than 250 national champions. Even today, the new generation of coaches and athletes applies the fundamentals, vision and philosophy of founder George Gate.

Water Polo

Dollard Water Polo

Since our inception in 1985, DDO Water Polo has been a pioneer in the development of young athletes in Canada. The club offers aspiring players between the ages of 8 and 30 the opportunity to participate in regional, provincial and national competitions throughout the winter months.

DDO Water Polo is a non-profit youth athletics organization that strives to develop outstanding athletes who embody a tradition of excellence in all facets of their life from the community to the classroom and finally, in the pool.

Canoe Kayak

Pointe Claire Canoe Kayak Club

The Pointe-Claire Canoe Kayak Club is recognized in Quebec and Canada for its innovation, leadership and performance, positioning itself because of the quality of its coaching and guidance.

Since 1989, the Club promotes the emergence of athletes of all ages, from initiation to the Olympic dream, respecting their talent and aspirations, in a healthy, safe and stimulating environment.​

Our Mission is to strive for excellence in competitive sprint canoe and kayak, provide safe, structured programs in sprint canoe and kayak, provide recreational means of delivering competitive canoe and kayak to members of all ages and to help promote a sense of community amongst all our members.


Ballet Montreal

Ballet Montreal offers the opportunity to experience a spectrum of dance forms with the goal of honouring the creative spirit and celebrating the individual. The Artistic Director Paula Urrutia brings international experience as a professional dancer and teacher. She holds Licentiate certificate in classical Cecchetti technique and has certified Cecchetti instructors teaching students.

While ensuring that all dancers receive proper dance technique in a safe, clean environment, the school aims to let each dancer develop to their fullest. We offer different types of dance class, including ballet, jazz, tap and contemporary /modern

We believe a strong foundation in ballet is integral for any dancer. We welcome you to call or visit our West Island studio and discuss whether Ballet Montreal is right for you.


Studio de danse Imperium’s mission is to offer all dancers the best possible training, in every style, for every level, in a positive and warm learning environment. Co-founders Christine and Véronique have managed to create a place that many people call their second home and together they form the Imperium family!

Studio de danse Imperium is proud of the many awards received at different competitions. Studio de danse Imperium was named Studio of the year at Mont-Tremblant 5678 Showtime in 2017 and 2018, and were chosen to present many numbers in final showcases at various competitions.

These prizes, and many others, are proof that Studio de danse Imperium dancers receive on-going quality training!


Club Jeune Aire

Club Jeune Aire offers high quality teaching to athletes, offering a program to allow your child to reconcile their academic and athletic pursuits.

The Club Jeune Aire LaSalle began its activities in 1976. Now located at the Dollard-St-Laurent Sports Center, the club has been offering gymnastics lessons to those aged 18 months and over for more than 40 years.

Over the years, the club has trained gymnasts of all levels, from recreational to national, including regional and provincial levels. Host of the now famous Jeune Aire Distinction, the club has hosted several major provincial competitions within its walls. The mission of the club was, is, and always will be to develop excellence in the practice of artistic gymnastics and trampoline at all levels.


Montreal Titans Baseball

The Montreal Titans Baseball club is committed to supporting the growth and development of amateur baseball in the province of quebec.

This non-profit organization provides young men, aged 10 to 19, with the opportunity to mature and to aspire to higher levels of competitive baseball.

It takes more than physical tools to be a great baseball player. "bigger is not always better." Every player must understand the game and their role on the team.

Each season, the Montreal Titans Baseball club will participate in several major showcase tournaments both in Canada and the United States in order to help raise the profile of its young athletes.


Soccer Lac St. Louis

The Lac St-Louis Regional Soccer Association (Soccer Lac St-Louis) ensures the proper functioning of the practice of soccer in one of the largest regional associations in Quebec, all sports combined. Soccer Lac St-Louis offers programs for players, educators and referees.The Sport-Études program is part of Soccer Québec's development plan for excellence, which is complementary to the work done in the Clubs.

With the training of more than 1,000 referees and 3,000 educators and volunteers, the practice of soccer in Lac St-Louis reaches all age groups. With its motivated and dynamic employees, they count on many passionate volunteers who devote themselves day after day to providing accessibility to all.

Soccer Lac St-Louis’ mission is to promote, develop and govern soccer in all its forms at Lac St-Louis; support Lac St-Louis clubs through concerted and coordinated actions; promote access to its programs in harmony with its partners, “0” tolerance in terms of discipline, violence, racism, etc.


Pro Action Hockey

Pro Action Hockey (PAH) is John Rennie’s sports partner mandated to operate the hockey concentration program. PAH has been operating the hockey program at John Rennie since 2007 and the director of the program, Mathieu Montreuil, has been involved with the program since 2002.

PAH is dedicated and committed to the well-being and proper development academically, athletically and socially of every single student. We want to work with self-disciplined, well-organized, mature and motivated student-athletes who will commit to progressing their education while developing in the sport they love.

Football / Athletic Development

FOOTBALL / ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT: Speed Science Training Systems

We are a program that develops athletes for their given sport on the field and in the weight room. Athletes engage in sport specific speed and weight training 5x week at our indoor facility which is allowed to be open in the red zone restrictions.

Our program has trained countless athletes that have gone on to play professional sports in all sport venues! We love helping athletes meet their absolute peak potential through the highest quality coaching (NATIONAL STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING) CERTIFIED COACHES.
